Avery Cotton has achieved the expert level of myofascial release therapy and full instructor status from John Barnes, PT, founder of Myofascial Release Therapy (MFR).

Avery is a graduate of the American School of Massage Therapy. He is certified in Neuromuscular Therapy by the International Academy of Neuromuscular Therapies.

Avery is a member of the International Massage Association. Advanced study is concomitant with his practice which includes training seminars in the fields of myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, lymphatic drainage, and neural reset therapy.
