Cancellation Policy: If an appointment is missed or canceled with less than 24 hours notice, there will be the full charge.

Many insurance policies will provide reimbursement for neuromuscular reeducation (97112) with a physician’s prescription. Myofascial Release CPT code (97250). Check with your agent before an appointment.
